Debbie McBride

Deborah McBride has nearly three decades of experience in financial and system design and employee management, both in the private and public sectors. Prior to her work at the Foundation, McBride worked for two decades at Tri-County Health Department, the largest local health department in Colorado serving the one and a quarter million residents of Adams, Arapahoe and Douglas counties. During that time, McBride held numerous positions including Informatics Specialist and Administrative Analyst, both in Environmental Health. She continues there as a part time Administrative Coordinator, as well as works as an Operations Consultant for Caring for Colorado.
Her database design and implementation experience has been key to organizations in dealing with everything from system conversions and introduction of web-based health protocols to compliance with Homeland Security and CDC Emergency Preparedness grant applications.
McBride also has a lengthy resume, more than three decades, of community service work including more than 25 years volunteering with the North Fork Volunteer Fire Department as well auxiliary groups of the American Legion in Colorado.
McBride earned her BSBA Cum Laude from the University of Denver.
