Projects funded in this area will work to improve the health status of individuals and/or communities by addressing unique community-identified health needs.

Projects funded in this area will work to enhance the capacity of facilities and organizations to improve health care through capital projects, equipment and technology.

- Cavity Free at Three Technical Assistance Site Application due April 30, 2008
Cavity Free at Three aims to engage dentists, physicians, nurses, dentalhygienists, public health practitioners, and early childhood educators to increaseaccess to oral disease prevention and early detection services for pregnantwomen and children less than 3 years of age.
