• Community Health Applications due 10/05/07 and 3/28/08
  Projects funded in this area will work to improve the health status of individuals and/or communities by addressing unique community-identified health needs.
  
  
• Enabling Informed Health Decisions Applications due 10/05/07 and 3/28/08
  Please download a copy of the complete 2007-2008 Grant Guidelines which provide specific information and guidance for submitting a request to the Foundation.
  
  
• Health Infrastructure Applications due 10/05/07 and 3/28/08
  Projects funded in this area will work to enhance the capacity of facilities and organizations to improve health care through capital projects, equipment and technology.
  
  
• Oral Health Improvement Applications due June 27, 2008

• Cavity Free at Three Technical Assistance Site Application due April 30, 2008
  Cavity Free at Three aims to engage dentists, physicians, nurses, dentalhygienists, public health practitioners, and early childhood educators to increaseaccess to oral disease prevention and early detection services for pregnantwomen and children less than 3 years of age. View Application
