Susan Hill has more than 15 years of experience in grantmaking and community-based health promotion. As one of the founders and first executive director of Colorado Action for Healthy People, Susan oversaw the provision of grant funding and technical assistance to more than 150 community organizations. As Director of Programs, Susan has responsibility for development and implementation of the Foundation's grantmaking program.
